• Bookings: To schedule a service, please contact us through our website or by phone. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, if applicable. 

• Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised quotation. 

• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. 

3. Payments and Refunds 

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. 

• Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be specified in your quotation. 

• Refunds: Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution.

• Access: Ensure that we have clear and safe access to the areas to be serviced. Remove any obstacles, vehicles, or personal items from the work area. 

• Utilities: Provide access to necessary utilities, such as water and electricity, unless otherwise arranged. 

• Surface Conditions: Inform us of any known issues with the surfaces to be cleaned, such as cracks, loose tiles, or previous damage. 

5. Limitations of Liability 

• Service Risks: While we take utmost care, pressure cleaning can sometimes reveal pre-existing damage or cause minor dislodgment of loose materials. We are not liable for such occurrences.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen equipment failures.
